platinum synergy home office pro a free trial of home office,but i can't get to it next day my D card was charged 19.95(recurring)that is what the e-mail said Kitchener Internet

I was trying out the home office pro.This was to be free for 3 weeks.
The next day they billed me for 19.95. I tried to call them. It rang one time then nothing.
I have tried several time. I then tried the they're web page. that got me no where. I then tried
the e-mail on my billing invoice.
I would very much like to get my money back. As of this morning I have changed mt debit card. I donot want them getting more money from me
