POGO - EA SPORTS THEIR ERROR, I PAY ripoff Redwood City California

I signed in to purchase a one year gift subscription for my mother 07/07/07, which I do every year at this time and instead of this company applying the one year subscription to my mother's account, they applied it to mine, which does not even expire until 12/08/08.

Now her subscription has expired, she has lost all access to her account and all gems which I paid for on her account.

They tell me there is no way to transfer the 39.99 I paid from my account to hers and that I will just have to purcase another years subscription.

I called the 1-866-543-5435 and was very rudely told to use the online help center for this problem. I tried to explain I had already tried that and was told, to submit my question again. So I did and I received an automated response that has nothing whatsoever to do with my situation.

So now, I have paid 39.99 for a subscription for my mother, that has been applied to my account, and now hers is terminated. And still I am going to have to pay 39.99 again to get my mother's back for her.
