I was somewhat surprised to find that there were so many complaints reported on TJ and his company by some of you and how recent they were. I guess I should have done my homework before dealing with this sad excuse for a company.
I agreed to start with a purchase of 25 leads for $320 and TJ charged my account on Sept 11. The leads would start coming in on Tues Sept 18. Well Tuesday rolls around and there are no leads. So I call TJ and he tells me that he refunded me the money the day after it was charged because of an error with the amount that was taken out. Naturally, I check my account and not only was there no refund or pending but the amount charged was actually the amount that we had agreed upon. He had no explanation for why there was no money in my account but insisted that they 100% refunded the money and maybe my bank was just taking a long time. Also, he had no explanation for why he waited for ME to call HIM, a week later, before notifying me of the refund.
This ended up being a recurring theme with him as he said he would get back to me later that day regarding the refund but doesn't. After a couple days of back and forth, he tells me that his payment processor DIDN"T submit the refund due to ANOTHER error. After even more back and forth he agrees to start the service and that he would just charge my account again if the refund goes through, and that he would be sending me an agreement to sign.
Well he never sends the agreement. I call him several times that day and they next day and no answer. Instead he sends an email afterwards saying tough luck, but that if I still want the leads I can pay him. So basically, I have wasted a week going back and forth, I still don't have my money or even a projected date of when I will get my money, I don't have any leads and he wants me to let him charge my account AGAIN!?!? Who in their right mind would let this guy take more money after displaying such unethical and incompetent business standards? Not only does he not have the balls or common courtesy to get back to his clients in a timely manner, he is a BLATANT LIAR as well!!
Everyone please do yourselves a huge favor and stay far far far away from this "company"! It's funny too, because I see him making responses to comments about how there will be no more complaints because he fired all his telemarketers who were the ones causing the problems. The thing he is in denial about is that HE is actually THE PROBLEM! So he needs to fix the problem by firing himself. Heck, I will even help him get a head start by reporting him to the Attorney General. Any of you who have dealt with this FRAUD should do the same. And again for those of you who haven't, STAY AWAY!!!!!!
