Exactly.:. These two ex employees are angry. One worked for 2 days and the other for 2 months. They send me the emails of these crappy reports to try and get back at me. If it was really about reporting me they'd leave me out of it and just report it. The 2 day lady didnt give real leads so I fired her and yeah I didn't pay her the 165 dollars. What for? She works from home and faked the leads so SHE DID NOT WORK.

Am I stupid to pay someone for work they didn't do? We knew the telemarketing laws this lady is crazy. We also had them rate the leads. Had them give us the 1's so we could have the info 95% of the time agents got the 3's and up. This is a classic example of a uneducated person who worked from home NEVER EVEN SAW ME OR THE OPERATION claiming she knows what we did. I can prove we where a brilliantly put together company.

Now on to the other lady who's trying to act like coming on here and writing In a "proper way" somehow makes her smarter than me. Mam unlike you I don't get my worth from what others think, my worth comes from the respect I have for myself and the things I've seen myself do. So when I write in a angry way because I'm flabbergasted at even the thought of you people coming against me it's my right and I choose to do it fully knowing what it looks like. Unlike you I don't intend on working for anyone ever and don't need to make myself look professional.

I'm also in a business now where I don't have "clients" so I could care less about what "professionals" think bunch of pansies in my eyes anyways. I was never a "business man" I'm just a smart guy with a brain that puts action into my ideas. I have many of them and never wand to be the face of anything. I hated playing CEO and hated training people over and over and over. I'm a people person sure I love people but I'm not the kind of guy who wants to be famous I'd rather have my wealth hidden and just relax comfortable. Grew up poor and work for everything I get, I would never purposely mislead people: this is a bunch of Lies that spun out of control and I hate I even have to respond to it.

Lastly I knew going in that agents will call you a fraud if they get even a lil scared I told my sales guy Jared This over and over that it was of upmost importance that we keep our eyes in the ball and answer every call and make sure these people had are attention. Unfortunately I wasn't working with a persons that listened the best and so all of his clients are here talking that rip off crap. None of the 90 or so I sold before him had any trouble with us as a matter of fact we had many reorder. Point is I know in my heart and soul I did every thing I could but my team was sh*t and so these are the results. I'm out never again to respond to one of these crappy things.

This is a person who is filtering through false information. That before him/her is a lady who worked for 2 days and subbed fake leads. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A MILLION DOLLAR ORG IF YOU DON'T PAY EMPLOYEES???? Who even thinks that's possible, of course we did. And I've never gotten a business loan in my life!!!!!! Shows you what kinda misinformed psychos there are. And the way I respond is how I want to respond, I don't need to try to fit your idea of a good man or business man. I don't consider anything you say credible because its based on lies and bullshit. I paid over 150k in wages and paid 2 dollars over minimum wage with bonuses. How can you call a person a jerk you don't know?

This original complaint was not written very well, and may confuse anyone using Google to search for Policy5 or TJ Williams, but the facts are accurate when you get through the writing.  TJ Williams had a good idea, but was unable to execute his idea in a way that did not victimize other people.  While his intentions were probably good to start, the manner in which Mr. Williams responds to any criticism is probably more telling than any original complaints.

To the original writer, you will probably never get any of the money TJ owes you.  No, its not fair, but that's just the way life goes.  I believe that he owes you money, and I'm probably the only support you'll ever get.  Count your blessings that you only worked for him a short period of time.  Also...there's no way you worked for him for more than a few weeks.  You don't "have a case" against him.  He took out a business loan, blew through all his money, and now he's broke.  He's not a dumb guy.  He incorporated under an LLC so that when this happened, he wouldn't be personally responsible for the money his company owes.  You got personally screwed by a jerk, and that's really lame, but that's all that happened here.

To TJ, get your act together.  Refusing to pay employees, refusing to issue refunds, and screaming at employees/consumers only labels you as an unstable person.  You made such a strong impression as an untrustworthy individual that my family still talks about you - how can we be in such an economic downturn if every angry idiot can get a business loan?  Turn your business reputation around.  Start making some apologies.  Start paying the money you owe.  Start being a decent businessman, and the respect you crave will follow.

Lady get a life, we never had a virtual business we had a lease, do you want to see it? How can someone who worked for 2 days say anything about a company? How can you? 

Go try to get money from someone else because I will never give you a penny.
