Was Refunded - Couldn't Ship Restricted Products to Them

First of all, this customer didn't provide the correct name on the order. Secondly, he ordered pond chemicals that were restricted and could not be used in California. While his credit card was immediately charged, he was refunded the full amount.
We have never, ever ripped off a customer and have over 60,000 very satisfied customers. It's unfortunate that this person had a bad experience but we cannot control what states allow and disallow certain chemicals from being used in their state and which ones require a specific license to use them. This customer however was refunded the full amount.
