We contacted Pool Property Brothers in the spring to open our 24'above ground swimming pool. They came out and did a great job. At that time they told us that we should get a new liner and winter cover for it so these items can be replaced when we close the pool for the season. We did as they said and bought a new poll liner and winter cover. Since they were so pleasant to work with we called them to come replace the liner and close our pool. They came out and tore everything apart and said they would be back the next day. They also wanted a small payment up front. Since I assumed they were on the up and up we gave them half their money, $200. Well they came back a few days later and started replacing the liner. They told me they were going to leave part of the old liner under the new liner for better protection from the ground. They got the new liner installed. I asked them why they never cut the holes out for the two bottom drais. They told me they always do that later. We started running water, ran it for two days to get the pool about half way filled. After about four days they finally came back out to finish. When they got there they informed me the pool had to be drained again and they would have to take that part of the old liner out. They couldn't get the wrinkles out of the bottom of the pool because of the old liner they left in. So we drained the pool again! Before they left for the night they had the new liner back in and the two bottom drains cut in. They said for us to fill the pool halfway then call them and they would come back and close it. They asked for another payment, so they could pay their helpers. Like fools we gave them another $100. Two days into filling the pool for the second time we noticed there was water pouring out from under the back of the pool! We called them. No answer. Called both numbers again then Alex called us back. When I told him what was happening he said his brother told him our pool was done. Alex said that he would get to the bottom of what was going on then come correct the problem. It has been over three weeks now, still not answering the phone or their messages. Now we have to hire a specialist to come in to figure out the problem then pay someone else to do the work we have already paid them to do.
