On March 22, 2014 you had signed a contract to resurface our pool.The contract was to tear down the old tile, and plaster. New tile and new plaster.

I gave you the first check of $500. to get started for deposit of the project. You did showed up the following day to start the demolation of tile. The first

3 days ways great. Got that done fast. Then you ask for the tile check of $1095.00. That went slow another two weeks. Tile is up but no grout or bond on it. Month later you some of the tile is put on and about 11 sq ft is cracked or failing off. Now were about ready for plaster.

 Another check writen $2000.00 for plaster. A bunch of lies and excusses. Ive called every day about every hour to get a response from you. Then you send me a email about you were being honest with me and telling me anoter lie about being stretched thin and etc.... Finally you told us you took our

money that you paid personal bills or whatever you did with it. Which was not on the contract. $2000. was to pay the plaster guy. You told my Husband you had no money, no where to live, and no food and so on. We felt bad for you situation. We bought a battery for your truck and gave you cash for food, and gas put in your truck. Another $250.

 So once again you robbed good people. We have called you many times to get our money back. We keep giving you another chance. Not any more
