The tiny bubbles that insulate the water have turned into confetti. I have just quit using the cover after spending an HOUR, yes a full hour, scooping these tiny little particles out of the pool by hand as the cover came apart in my hands while removing it.
I contacted Pooldeals.com and asked them for assistance as the product is warrantied for 10 years.
They will not even identify the manufacturer for me so that I can contact them to discuss a replacement - this is a total sham - the representative was a stone wall - unwilling to provide any feedback or assistance on how to get this remedied. [continued below]....
I am a business owner and understand that things can go wrong at times but beleive in standing by my product and remedying a wrong. This outfit is owned by sharks - DO NOT BUY FROM POOLDEALS.COM.
Pooldeals.com are crap. pooldeals.com will not honor their warranty, will not provide customer support and their is no customer service at pooldeals.com
Have you got it yet - buy from these people and you are throwing your money away! ...while enriching a group of dishonest, dishonorable people.
