Hired Pools By Greg is 2011 to build my pool. From the time the pool was completed we have had nothing but problems. The Gunite has footprints in it that they told us will go away......they haven't. There is a hole in the finish that they said they would repair.....they havent. The concrete is separating from the drains that are in the decking, they said they would send someone out to repair, they haven't. There are air bubbles coming out of one of the jets.... were told it was normal and would go away, it hasn't.

The led light that was supposed to last for 10 years has been tripping the breaker everytime we turn it on since we got the pool and we were told that there is probably moisture in the light and it is not their problem. We have been calling and calling and calling for over 3 years and keep being told that someone will come out, no one comes. We call the shop to speak to someone and get told that the owner will call back, he never calls back. Today we finally got thru to speak to the owner who said that we are out of warranty and they are not repairing anything.  The receptionist who answers the phone is soo condesending and arrogant that she probaly does not even relay messages of complaints.

We spent $40K on this pool alone, the service that we have received from this company is non existant. We were promised all sorts of things and they never followed through. It is disgusting that they are still in business when they keep putting you off until all of a sudden, you are no longer under warranty.
