Portrait Innovations Taquella Y Bait and switch Charlotte North Carolina

My brother and his family were in town visiting me from Texas, and we took them to the Portrait Innovations studio in Greenville, SC. We had a coupon for a deal for $14.99 and ended up spending $66.30 just because we wanted the CD to share with our mother who is in New York. Neither my brother or our mother  has a portrait innovations studio near them.

After purchasing the CD, we noticed that the quality was not that great and the copy right was not included in our package. My sister in law called and asked about the resolution on the CD, and she was then told (not told when we were purchasing) that if we had purchased more prints/poses that the quality would've been high resolution. As far as the copyright, it was the same thing. If we had purchased more, the copy right would've been included. We were never told this at the time of purchase. She was then informed us that we would have to bring the CD back to the studio in order to get more prints because of the copy right issue. Like I stated, neither my brother or mother have a portrait innovations studio near them, so that is useless.

I called back myself and asked for a manager who was very short with me and stated "I'm sorry theres nothing we can do now." I asked her how to file a complaint and was given a customer service number and she hung up on me. I was not told that they were not open on Sundays, and she didn't seem concerned about the complaint at all.
