potato express ontel products the check out process is designed to not show you the final costs until you have already placed the order. I placed an order that should have cost a total of $11. when I checked out the total was $26. It tells you their is free shipping but what they don't say is that you have to sign up to a add agency that will flood your email with offers to get the free shipping, it is an after the fact offer. illinois

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Their deseptive tactic of not showing the final cost of your purchase till after you have already placed the order is a shamm.
I placed an order for what should have been a total of $11. and when i was finished I was billed $26. Their website is designed in a way as to not show you the total costs until it is to late. Then their is no customer service # or even a webpage to find it. It is a travesty that this is allowed and not reviewed by an official service of the government.

$10 + $6.99 + $6.99 equals $23.98 + $1 web ordering fee...also stated in same area for a total of about $25.00.
I didn't even fill out the order form and knew this...you must have somehow missed it.
