Kourtnie Powell age 38 as of this writing has business of Powell Inspections for various mortgage service companies and lenders. She will recrute you if you are in her area of coverage to work field reports and agree to pay. She will state "I mail the paychecks every 5th of the month or some such line of a lie.
She owes me $90 for few reports completed in a very rural area of Utah over 3 months time.
She owes another field rep. living in my area for 6 months of work covering 4 counties. This person worked for Kourtnie 6 months as a field rep they were old time friends but Kourtnie never paid her friend nor me. Kourtnie does not keep her word. Avoid working for her in mortgage field reporting business. She is just another of the scammers in this business who thinks of her bottom line and will speak any silly line of to entice a person to run field reports for her and then not pay as agreed.
Don't trust her as I did and her old time friend who trusted her for 6 months. Avoid Kourtnie A Powell aka as Kourtnie Kohler

After first time posting in RipOffReports.com Powell paid within a few days, I've been unable to contact Powell by phone and my emails to her and her associate go unanswered. I sent my last invoice of $60. by snail mail and several times by email. No response, No pay check received. I am being ignored. This indicates that she has found someone else to string along and work in this area I covered for her. No way will she get a third chance to use me. I've deleted her contacts from computer and phone. If she ever gets through to me with a work request I will refuse it. I have written to EZinspections, the site that send out work for her and told them she doesn't pay as agreed therefore EZ should not be sending me any work that Powell wants done.

I posted on Ripoff Report on June 28, 2015. On July 6, 2015 I received a check from Powell for the $90. not paid to me in past for past work. This check had a date of June 29, 2015, the envelope it arrived in had a post mark of July 30, 2015. I am attaching portions of check and envelope as documentation that this was received.
