power4home paid over 50 dollars for a dvd that when recieved the files wouldnt open, when asked for a refund as they say 60 day money back guarantee, i was ignored North Oaks, Minnesota

I ordered the power4home system so i could build my own solar panels and wind turbines, since it had a 60 day money back guarantee i thought i was safe. I got the dvd and tried to open several of the files on it but each time i got an error.

I contacted power4home through clickbank asking for a refund but of course no reply, just happy i paid through paypal so im able to open a dispute which i did and of course i havent got any reply from power4home yet.
