Brian - Please just send me a packing slip and give me a full refund when the product arrives. I ordered this for a customer but since it arrived defective I lost the customer and he is taking his business elsewhere. I no longer need it since it arrived broken. Please send me a tracking slip by 8:00pm Central Time or I'll have no choice but to call the credit card company to issue a refund that way, but I rather you do this for me immediately.

Brian - I am going to the credit card company to demand a refund. I had no idea you were so inconsiderate. If you would've cooperated I could've continued buying more products from you in the future, pending my customer's needs. You lost that. If I do not have a shipping label in my email by tonight, we are no longer talking. I will be forced to take this to the credit card company and demanding a refund. You have one last chance to fulfill my needs or we are done talking.

This is just the dumbfounded conversation I had with them. If they send me a faulty product, the company should be responsible for shipping. Do Not Buy from this company. They will send you a broken product and as you can see, they will refuse to pay for shipping of the product back to their factory. How hard would it be to email a shipping label? This is unjust and isn't right. Do Not Buy.
