got a lemon of a quad, called everyday. left messages and NO ONE returned my calls, came with a bad battery, had to buy a new one, quad died, wouldnt start,
was told after many HOURS of being on hold, writeing emails, leaving messages, that paperwork would be put in for them to pick up and them to fix. then got an email saying for us to get an estimate. Chinese made junk and HORRIBLE customer service. Stop payment on CC. had to put out morbe money on a brand new quad. check BBB they are poorly rated .
Many people have been taken advantage by this company and it is NOT right. they sell CHINESE made crap and they dont care once the sale is done.
stay away. just see how long they have been taking advantage of people. this is the worst company i have EVER dealt with.
