I purchased two motor scooters from this establishment. One scooter was damaged in freight. We reported the damaged and also took pictures. The freight company filed a damage claim with their insurance. The claim was paid for the damage in the amount of $180.00. After many months of trying to get the part replaced by Powersports, they offered us $40.00 and find a local dealer to have the part replaced. They are well aware that there is no dealers in or even close to our area. We had other parts defective,and asked for replacement. They keep sending us parts that we are not requesting, It has been over three months,and we are no where close to getting what we requested. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office in California to file a complaint,and the Better Business Bureau. They have contacted me ,and are investigating the claim. Someone need to lean on these people hard. It is my opion they are a shady company,and need to be brought to justice. Maybe a class action law suit will get them straight.
