PPL Motorhomes Removed non-replaceable parts from on consignment travel trailer to use in other vehicle sale New Braunfels Texas

Listed 2012 Travel Trailer on 3 month consignment in their New Braunfeld, Tx sales yard.  After receiveing only one lowball offer several thousands under wholesale value (lesss an additiobal 10% commission) decided to keep trailer after the 3 month listing ran out.  Scheduled pickup time with them.  When I arriived told that trailer was in back next to dumpster.  Hac to reinstall hitch components that had been removed by PPL when trailer was dropped off.  Found that the Brushed Satin Nickel kitchen faucet tip assy had been removed.  Manager stated that sometimes they were known to remove a part from another rig to facilitate a sale on a different rig, but only if the part was on order.  Looking thru their rv parts dept catalogue we could not find a replacement part.  They denied responsibility and suggested checking at Camper World.  Part only available from manufacture as completer assy.  Would not recommend doing business with PPL to anyone.
