I sing the same song as everyone else. My company performed 3 service tickets for Prism Pointe. I have not been paid in over 6 months. Absolutely useless to email or call them. I don't understand how they can still be doing business with so many people being stolen from.

Never had any problems with this Company

My name is Juan Estela and I was the owner of Computer's Endeavours in Kansas. My dealings with Prism Pointe Technologies started on 2000 and I escalated from being a mere contractor to working with the company as an employee. When I signed the contract with Prism Pointe I was made aware in writing as well as for in person that in order for me to be paid I had to send the damage part back to them, fill out all the corresponding paperwork and turning it at the proper amount allotted time frame as per the contract statement. I ended working for Prism Pointe Technologies in 2006 and not once do I have anything to complain about Mr. King or his company. In fact I have lots of gratitude for both the company and Mr. King. Due to medical conditions I was retired and Prism Pointe Technologies was one of many companies that helped me and my family to go through the process. Mr. King and every employee of the company always were in my opinion; professionals and caring. As I stated earlier I do owe a lot to both. When I was a contractor all work orders were done in a timely frame for the business I was representing as well as for the business I was taking care of. Not once did I had any problems on getting paid, getting parts, reputation for the companies I helped and/or Prism Pointe under other than excellent rapport. I've never seen these allegations before than today and I am really unhappy of the way anyone has posted against Prism Pointe Technologies. In fact I really feel that most of the complaints could have been taken care off correctly if it was truly brought to the attention of the company. I do not believe any person posting these complaints and consider it cowardly that on any of the posts there is or /there is a lack of proper names, contract numbers and what was actually done by the contractors to work with Prism Pointe to correct (if in deed there was failure from the company) to remedy their problems. Again I feel that most of these complaints if not all of them are fabricated due to cowardly posting and non proper use of the company contract guidelines to fix their problems. This is my opinion which I carry forever due to all the positive areas Prism Pointe Technologies helped me with, including but not limited to: Able to work with my disabilities as a technician and employee, able to go to my medical appointments and work easily with Prism Pointe Technologies personnel to do all my work orders in a timely fashion without obstacles. Prism Pointe Technologies was able to even help me move to Georgia with my family after selling Computer's Endeavours and in a rare event (which other companies can only dream to) help me acquire and purchase my home, vehicles and have a great environment to work with and on. I am wheelchair bound and Prism Pointe Technologies had no problem whatsoever to work on getting all the materials needed to make my work easier. Prism Pointe Technologies and Mr. King went beyond the American with Disabilities act to help me be proficient, ease of work and successful. As far as I am concern all these allegations here are false and very slanderous. As a retired military person it really makes my stomach turn that the good name and reputation of this company hangs by threads from individuals who are so cowardly complaining without entering their real names.

Jerry, I am not sure what extracurricular services you performed for Cliff King, Bill Weitman, Mitch Wright and Ryan Jaleelget in order to receive payment but the facts are clear from the numerous horrible reviews of Prism Point: Prism Point is a company you should stay away from.

To this date, I still have yet to receive payment for my company's work nor have I received any return phone calls attempting to correct the situation.

Positive side of Prism Pointe Technologies

My company, Computer Clinic24, has been doing business with Prism Pointe Technologies for over a year now on a 5 year sub-contract agreement and have fulfilled many service calls and invoiced for the same and to date Prism Pointe Technologies have paid these invoices on a regular basis in a manner that has provided my company the ability to survive in this harse IT environment where flexibility is a necessity and not an niceity. There are always two sides to every issue and I see here that only one side is being voiced. I understand that the management of Prism Pointe Technologies can not respond to every entry here in this forum but I feel compelled to stand up for Cliff King, Bill Weitman, Mitch Wright and Ryan Jaleel. I have met Bill personnaly and have close and constant contact with him, Mitch and Ryan who responds to every email I write and Mitch has on several occassions attempted to call me but was unable to get through due to my activities and schedule. Cliff, Bill, Mitch, Ryan, I stand here in your defense and say Thank You for all that Prism Pointe Technologies has done for us and my employees and we look forwards to our continued business relationship. Growth through mutual support and understanding.
