Prago Electronic Cigarette Charged my credit card for $149.90 when I was not told they had 14 day trial. Scottsdale, Arizona

I ordered a free trial from Prago Electronic Cigarette.  All I had to pay was shipping and handling.  It was free after all.  It had a 14 day trial, which was not posted to their site.  They charged $149.90 to my credit card.  When I called, they said it was on the agreement.  It is on there now but it wasn't when I ordered.  They charged me $149.90 because I didn't terminate my trial.  They agreed to credit my credit card $70.  I am out the other $79.90.  Beware of this company.  They are making money on false pretenses.  The product doesn't even help you to stop smoking.  If any one starts a lawsuit against them, count me in.
