Pratt, Palinski & Caldwell Award Collection & Repoting Services I received a letter stating I have a collection with this company of $3,654,172.00 award and for me to receive the check in this amount I have to pay a $20 collection fee. If a person wins a legal lottery or wins a prize they don't have to pay a fee to receive the award or prize. Also, I couldn't find a website for this company. Orlando Florida

I received a letter stating that I have a collection of an un-aarded cash prize and that they want to present me with a check in the amount of $3,654,17200.  They do not identify exactly what contests or lotteries I have entered to win this money, and if I have won anything I would think the contest, sweepstake or lottery I may have entered would have informed me.

They want me to send them a $20 collection fee to give me this check.  I did not hire them to do this  I have no knowledge of winning anything, especially in this amount.  And if someone wins a prize such as these there are no up front collections fees.
