This company was reffered to me.....My F250 was stolen on 11/30/2010.

It return on 3/12/2011, I had to truck towed there, she was banged up,and missing all kind of parts ,I called my insurance and they payed out 1400.00 and i told them that was not enough to pay for the damages I had another assesore come out and sent in the paper work and insurance payed out another 3175.00 plus my 1000.00 deductible.

The F-250 DAMAGES: Front bumper dented , Passenger miror cracked, Dent on passenger end, Side bars missing, tailgate liner missing, Back window lock broken off, Center back console broken, Front Center console broken, Steering Column broken, missing stereo face no speakers, 12" shocks leaking, broken steering damper, antena missing, passenger key entry broken, wood spikes in ends of tires. I CRIED WHEN I SEEN HER. Since she was getting an over haul I decided to up grade, I upgraded Front and back lights ,Grill, ss bumpers front and back and ss sidebars, new 12" fox shocks (4) front, fox damper, and (2) 10" back fox shocks.....My out of pocket was over $6,000.00 USD.

So basically they only put out:
 1 passenger miror
1 plastic front bumper 
1 used leaking damper
1 fixed front center console
1 fixed back console
1steering column still broken
no lock back window
1fixed dent w/paint
1 tailgate w/paint
1 tailgate cover
1 key entry fixed

This cost didnt even come closed what the insurance gave them......I feel so used.

Every time I went down there they hadn't even touched my truck...it came down to me babysitting, so I could get my truck done. They would park my truck in the front of the shop like it was done, and I went down there and she had no electrical not a drop of gas to get here to the gas station that was only two stores away.....i finally picked here up in July 2011 drove her to the gas station no power steering fluid and had my daughter follow me home with no back lights or electrical working.

The following day I went down there to get the missing pieces for the bumpers and they were almost done packing there stuff and moving to a new location...Apparently all the fuses were placed wrong the connections on the driver door were not connected,she still does not have working head lights and up to now still trying to put her back together...and were in December 2011.These people must be stopped and have there license taken away.
