my husband has been reciving bills from preferred plan for months now.after speaking with them and letting them know it was not us they told us it would be fixed only to conitue getting bills so finally i called.they let me listen to a recording and told me all about the file (which i thought there was a privacy law) and my name was no where on it,but thats not the point.they said he owed 477.97 for calls going on for 6months.the latest call being the weekend of my husbands birthday which he was with me the hole time.after getting phone records from our cell phone and talking with a lawyer i called back to let them no the infomation i had found out and would you believe this.....they hung up on me!!! let me remind you this is the day before thanksgiving and after i listened to everything on the phone i packed mine and my sons stuff belongs up in the car not because i thought my husband called but because i thought he was lying about it and left.in the meantime i had to sit there and watch our 8yr cry because he didn't want to leave his daddy and asking me all kinds of questions like "ami ever going to see my daddy again." this company should have to pay for the damage they do to us people.and should be put out of business for sure!! just because we are not some high class rich people they think they can scare us into paying them the money,well i think enough is enough we are not the first ones and of everyone keeps letting this happen we wont be the last.something needs to happen to this sick minded company!!!
