BEWARE: OF CALL ONE UNLIMITED COMMUNICATIONS,

I am just a normal House wife who received a Call on Nov 26,2004. Yes 2004 and It is now 2006! I was told If I paid a simple 3.95 I would get free gift cards to the a number of companines, walmart,toys ru us and other various companies. At the time I was struggling to buy toys for my little boy and food on the table. So this appeal to me. After getting the paperwork in the mail, two days later... I noticed just how much of a scam it was, I had to buy the products frist then send in rebates. Plus I would be charge 49.95 a month for a Cell Phone Service... I did not want or need.

A poor family does not have a Cell Phone in the first place. My little paper from Call one Said I had 7 Days to cancel and receive a full refund. Well I decieded I would call tomarrow and get my 3.95 back and call it good. Well on Nov 29,2004. Call One debit my bank account for 149.90. It was totally and utterly confused and mad... to the eight degree. I Immendetly call them and they told me there was a mistake and that I would be receiving a form to sign in the mail to athorized my refund. Well I did get my form and I signed it returned it and 10 days later.. call back.

GUESS what the Cheque they supposly issued got lost in the mail. Needless to say to this DAY May 23 2006!!!! I am still calling every 10-14 Days as requested and getting the same form answers.. My case is top proity and I keep moving up on the ladder of Demand. IF anyone out there can HELP me please!!! Contact me...! I am desperate need to getting my MONEY back and SueING THIS DARN company if I can. I cant afford a lawyer.. I am a Stay at HOme mom with only one income. I have all of my records of CALL LOGS>>>> Since NOV 26,2004!! I am just royally mad. AND To top it all of there WEBSITE And PHONE number no longer works. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
