Car was booted. There were no visible display saying car would be booted if time was passed. The receipt ticket did not say it, nor did the machine.


On August 25th, 2015 I went to revolution live for a concert. I saw that the lot in front of the club had huge blue signs that said parking $10 on it. In extremely tiny letter next to the $10 it said and up. While one is driving, one only sees parking $10. I decided to park there. There were parking attendants with blue shirts hanging around the lot pointing you to pay the ticket machine. Not one of the 3 attendants I saw ever specified that it was not just $10 parking, nor did they specify your car would be booted if time was passed.


I paid the 10$ for 2 hours and my ticket expired at 8:11pm. The machine did not mention anything about a booting if time was passed, nor did the ticket the machine printed. i still have the ticket, if you need the ticket as proof that the ticket did not inform the customer of the boots. The attendants withheld information purposely in order to nail customers who had no idea you had to pay the full 20$ for parking.


I exit the concert to find my car booted. In order to get my car moving again I had to pay 65$ to get the boots removed. There was another 4 cars parked around me with the same issue. They too were never informed there would be a boot if time was passed.


When the two "employees" showed up they were EXTREMELY rude. They looked like teenagers, not even professional employees. My mother asked them to explain why the boot occurred. These two employees had the nerve to laugh and giggle at my mother's accent. Not only were they rude, but they were also discriminatory against my mother. They did not explain why the boot occurred at all nor did they ever stop laughing at my mother's expense. I paid the amount of $65 because I obviously had no other way to get home. They made me sign more than once because according to the employee I was faking my signature. He had my license to compare it too and he could tell they were identical; the employee in the passenger seat once more could not stop laughing and giggling. Very unprofessional.This company hires racist people. Instead of providing a service, they hire teenagers that laugh at other people's expenses. We are in south florida. There's plenty of nationalities, not everyone speaks perfect English, but there is still NO reason to discriminate against an individual.


I need a refund for the amount of $65 for the fee I had to pay. They purposely mislead me into thinking parking was initially 10$. Then even though there were parking attendants, not one of them helped a customer out and inform them of the actual price or the consequences.

 Do YOU need someone to instruct YOU to breath? Do YOU need someone to instruct YOU to blink?? Do YOU need someone to tell you to READ?? No? Then quite your whining!!! YOU even say it yourself that there were MANY LARGE BLUE SIGNS. If YOU only read the LARGE PRINT then YOU only have yourself to blame!!! YOU CHOSE to park where you did. YOU did what EVERY person does, YOU have justified YOUR ACTIONS by blaming someone else. Since the REALITY is that YOU DIDNT READ!!!!YOU justify your claim of being ripped off by placing the blame on the people who booted your vehicle. The problem is that THOSE people DID NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE! YOU DID!!! YOU made a consious choice to park where you did. YOU CHOSE to NOT READ!!! THAT is NOT THEIR FAULT!!!! Its on YOU as the DRIVER of YOUR VEHICLE to ensure that WHERE you park IS legal. The ONLY ripoff is what YOU have posted. YOU are basically LYING in order to make yourself look the best victim possible. THAT is wrong and your parents should be ashamed of WHAT they raised. Obviously THEY didnt teach YOU honesty OR integrity.
