I purchased the Premier Cancun Vacations package and was given a Florida EP Vacation Package Bonus which included 5 days and 4 nights in Orlando, Florida. When Icalled to check on the availability of this paskage, I was told that my time had lapsed but I could reinstate the bonus for $85.00. When I agreed that I would like to do this, I was told my husband and I were no longer eligible because we were too old. I was stunned by this as we are 2 years older that when we took the Cancun trip. Neither of us have any disabilities connected with our ages and we are still active and raising 2 granddaughters. I tried to talk to someone else and was passed onto the Florida office but was disconnected. I am appalled at the age discrimination.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. First, let me assure you that Premier Cancun Vacations would never discriminate against a guest based upon age or for any other reason. We pride ourselves on having only family oriented resorts and commend you for the fact that you are raising your two granddaughters.
Your vacation package included a stay in Cancun, which I understand you were able to enjoy, as well as a bonus vacation to Florida. The stays in Cancun are provided directly by Premier Cancun Vacations and as such we are able to make exceptions, when necessary, to any terms and conditions which may create a problem for our guests. The bonus vacations, however, are provided by third party companies, in no way related or directly controlled by Premier Cancun Vacations. As such, we are unable to make any exceptions to the terms and conditions they impose for the use of their vacations, which in this case are their age restrictions.
We have several companies which provide bonus vacations to us for use in our vacation packages. We would be happy to offer you an alternative bonus vacation which will not have the restrictions of the Orlando, Florida vacation if you would be so kind as to contact Quality Control directly 8008731440. We apologize that this option was not offered to you previously by our reservations agent and hope that you will allow us to provide you with a bonus vacation to one of the several other destinations we have available.
