I was suprise to see my mom's bill showing a $616.35 charged by CANCUN GETAWAY BENITO JUAREZ AMT 598.00 UNITED STATE DOLLAR.  My mother says that someone from Premier Cancun Vacations non stop contacted her and she talked to this person and for some reason she was tricked to give up her visa#. This sales representatives talked about how good the vacation package.

My mother just listened and kept telling her she was not capable to travel as she has stroke and she does not have money to go anywhere. My mother did not think properly when she gave her visa to this person and right away this company charged my mother's account.

I did not know this untill it's time to pay her visa's bill. I was really upset that someone will do this to someone who is not well to understand things and tricked her to give up her information and took some money without her permission. My mother does not even have enough money cover her medicine expenses and her visa is maxed out.

My mother received travel documents from Premier Cancun vacations that saying she purchased vacation with premier cancun vacation. Also, it says at the back that this package is non refundable. She did not even agree or purchased anything and they charged it right away from her Visa.

I told my mother to call her visa to dispute the charged but they said they cannot do anything about it and she must contact the company who charged her account.  She admitted it her fault that she gave her visa# without thinking this person will charged her account without her knowledge.

Now, she cancelled her visa but she was out of $616.35 which this money will help her a lot for her medicine and expenses but now she must pay out this charges without agreeing about the vacation package. The premier cancun vacations refuse to refund her money.

I don't know what else I can do to get my mother's money or at least this company will pay what they did to my mother by tricking her and taking her money without permission. I would like to let everyone knows that please protect your parents or grandparents to this scam trying to get their trust and give out their information to anyone.

Please be careful anybody about this vacation package and please let me know who I can contact to get my mother's money.

my mother got a 75% refund

Thank you for your offer to help me to get my mother a full refund but I was able to get in touch to your company and promise to return my mother's 75%, after going back in forth sending info abt my mother's health. Your comapny promise to return only the 75% as the 25% is charged for administrative fee. 

It's ok that my mother got only 75% as it will help her alot financially as she use this for her expenses such as medicines and paying her debts. I don't have time to keep contacting your company for more refund as we already accepted the 25% lost.

We are very sorry to learn about your mothers health condition and the manner in which her refund request was handled.  While our vacation packages are sold on a non-refundable basis, I assure you that we, as a company, do not make a habit of selling to or retaining monies from persons suffering from illnesses which would prevent them from traveling. 

Unfortunately, however, this vacation package was purchased over the telephone and we had no way of knowing that your mother suffered from such an illness or that her capacities were in any way diminished.  That however, does not excuse the fact that an immediate refund was not processed once this was brought to our attention; so for that, we apologize.  If you would be so kind as to provide us with your mothers full name and any other identifying details about the vacation package such as the date of purchase and/or booking number, so that I may access her information in our system, I will make sure that a full refund is issued to her.
