My company started to look for new equipment and was referred to PREMIER CAPITAL LLC by a vender that  we were trying to purchase from. David initially was very nice and seemed like he was on top of the leasing process. I supplied him with the invoices and it seemed as though all was well. A contract was sent to us with all the terms and it all looked legitimate. I called and confirmed that there was no problems with doing the lease and David stated that it was done and alll he needed was the two advance payments and the processing fee as with most leases. So we cut a company check and sent it to him. Days passed and no  contact so I called David and got his voice mail. Charles then returned my call and stated that it was declined in underwriting and he would apply for a refund. No refund has been recieved. They then stopped returning my phone calls and I opened a BBB complaint.

They refused to refund any money and were totally deceptive with their comments and practices.     This company is a designed rip off do not be fooled. I LOST OVER $2500.00 , HOURS OF CORRESPONDENCE AND WANT TO WARN YOU OF THIS COMPANY

I want to say thank you for coming forward in this complaint. My girlfriend has been offered a loan without any supporting documents and was told she qualified. All she had to do was pay the $2,600.00 fee. I thought something was fishy when there is no documents such as loan closing documents.

Then I found them on the Rip-Off Report. It seems these guys tell people what they want to hear as long as they get the up front money (2 months down-payment & processing fee). Ask them for referrals. Ask them to put things in writing such as no other documents needed.

Also push for them to take the fees out of the loan. It seems these guys are sharks and do not care. The way their 2 page agreement is written section 9 shows they have complete control after they get your downpayment. Section 12 shows they will keep all downpayments. Thank You ROR...
