My dad thought he ws doing a good deal when he took me to premier for the 2007 rav4 limited was going to be the 2013 christmas present. We knew about high miles but not the problems with heavy oil consumption that the rav4 uses--during the wintertime 2013-2014 i had to almost go broke buying oil about every 2-3 days. There was no leaks, etc. I recently looked online about others having the same problem with the rav4. My salesman did not say anything about heavy oil usage, etc. but the rav looked good though. I did not find out about the oil usage until about a week after driving it--I 1st thought it was from non usage but boy when the 4 wheel drive was needed during wintertime it almost made me go broke having to buy oil all the time. I wish premier would either take the rav back and get my money back or credit me for another small 4 wheel drive. I went to the local bbb on this also but hav not heard from premier or the bbb yet. I wrote to Premier 4 times without a return email coming from them. I am mad at them and will not go there again or buy any more toyotas either.

I just got tired of trying to get anything from premier-they did call though and tried to have us to come down but my new work schedule would not allow me to do anything in the time frame they want. So I am stuck with the rav that I got suckered into getting. Premier does have good cars out there but be careful of what you sign and of what they say cause after you take that car off the lot your on your own.

well i am totally stuck with that evil rav4 limited from premier--even though the term of the loan started out 3 years then came up to 4 which i was told of what it was but like i said a few months back when i looked it up on my payment book--the term of the loan was a 60 month loan on a evil car that had 123,000 miles on it--even though i had to use my father for the credit part--i was not told this loan was for 60 months--the oil trouble still there but found out i had to buy expensive synthetic type oil for the evil rav4. Only thing i can say is that this is the very last toyota i will ever buy. Other people may get lucky at premier but i certainly got shafted on this deal.

I have to say though if it was not for this website--premier would have never tried to call but anyway they hired a complience person that tries to straighten out problems and he was wanting me to bring the rav in for them to see what is wrong and of course get charged the cost to bring it in and whatever else they claim to try to do. At least to me they can not be trusted but they do try to make a slim attempt to get things straightened out. But my answer was that i was going to leave it alone because after of all of this troubles i do not trust them at all and mainly i am mad at them also for the term of the loan they told my dad that the loan was for 4 years and the term was 5 years--when i found about this i was really upset and mad. Other people might get lucky and get a decent deal with them but as for me--so far i am still stuck but would wish if they offered a peace offering meaning if they had a real decent 4 wheel drive and actually got me out of this evil rav4 i would trust them again but i will not let them look at the rav cause i will not get charged for something which i knew they have known about but again i know a few troubles with a vehicle with many miles but this is the 1st with bad oil troubles and i know i am in for it this winter time.--Premier i know is going to win this fight because there is nothing at all that i can do about it even though i work but will be the poor working man and being stuck with this is very stupid.

well in all reguards--the problem with the rav limited seems to be with toyotas fault and not just with premier but its their fault for not telling me about the heavy oil usage--else its a nice car but premier--please do not call me there is nothing i can do but wish you can get me out of this rav and into that little jeep 4 wheel drive you have listed but i dont think its humanly possible to get me out of this mess--that rav is not booked for that much--i better quit cause i got stuck once but wish they would offer to get me out of the rav since they already have all the information--if they can convince dad and say like to be nice and settle and get me out of that rav for under 300/month no money down and no more then 4-5 years let me know by email jcbundy@atlanticbb.net no calls please. I am settling down for once but with all the fights going on i need to try to get out of the rav but figure its not humanly possible.

they finally called me back saying they warned me about the many miles and the possible problems associated with the many miles--they do not do buybacks but they said i can bring it in and they would look at it and i would be charged whatever they charge to look at it. The only thing i can say is that me--personally i will not go there for nothing again but if you go there you may be ok but for me i am not lucky at all--

Jan,
We appreciate your purchase of the 2007 Rav-4, and we apprecaite the other small handful of vehicles that your family has purchased. As you have noted, there are no leaks to the oil pan, etc. If there were any, we would of gladly looked at it within a week of your purchase. Because, the vehicle never leaked on our lot, or during our inspections we never knew...including your sales person.
As for you emailing us, I'm sorry we never received it. After doing some research, I've seen you've submitted an online "lead" over and over again--that's not emailing me directly. You can easily email me or your sales person directly or better yet, come visit, you do work across the street from us and we are open until 9pm.
We are easy to talk to and we are very reasonable, but if we don't have direct communication with you we can't work together to help.
