My wife and I have been customers of Premier Credit consulting since the beginning of 2014. We have been paying $160/mo. for services to restore our credit and get the bad credits talked down, paid off, and removed... It took them 6 months to just provide us with an summary of our accounts (which was not complete) and for 2 months they practically got paid for no work. We have kept in contact with our POC Kelsey Mclellan and she has provided us with excuse after excuse on why it is taking so long.

We ended up calling all of our debt collectors (creditors) and resolved those issues on our own. I spoke to her once again at the beginning of july informing her that I was considering terminating there service for us. She told me and my wife that she would work on getting these 3 $1000+ accounts spoken down within 1-1.5 week timeframe... 3 weeks later on the 29th we finally got word that they just files and sent out the lawyers paperwork to start negotiations with our final 3 creditors. I told her that I was very unsatisfied and that I was wanting to pursue the closure of our account. she talked me into checking out our account by signing into on their website and that the negotiations would take a little bit. I then review the account to where I found nothing but charts with no proof of progress.... I emailed her back requesting the termination of services before the payment date. Until this point we were not informed of a prior notification period to close our account. I then recieved an email from the Director of operations Kantrinka Condie, who informed me that they require 30 day prior notification and that they would still proceed to take payment even though I did not want them to work for us anymore. So they terminated our account and still took out the money for the payment. BEWARE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! THEY PROMIS THE WORLD YET GIVE YOU A GRAIN OF SAND IN RETURN FOR PAYING OUT OF THE ARSE FOR SERVICES THAT YOU CAN DO ON YOUR OWN!!!! I will be reporting to the BBB on these folks and seeking legal counsil.

Do not pay thieves to take care of matters that only take a few minutes of your time to fix. If you got the money for the debt take care of the negotiations on your own... save your money from scam artists like this. they'll only do the bare minimums....

Buyers beware, People please do your reseraach as I missed out on doing with this company. I regrate signing up and letting these people help me with my credit problems. If you research other site there is one common theory or complaint and that is the this company prolong its status to gain more monthly payments.

I believe I experince the same thing. Perhps the Boss will have his employees come on here to act like clients so place in good reviews however please do your research before proceeding. I regrate not doing so.

I have a personal experince with this compnay and based on that experinces all I can say is " buyer beware " If you look at many other site there is common complaint that that is that this company does prolong its investigaion so they can continue to get thier monthly payment.

Really , what are the chances of people complainting of the same subject and have no absolute thing in common. Furthermore my banking statement states that they charged me 200.00 per month with one month that I was late I had to pay an overdraft fee , which in my many years of paying bills on line and at times was late , not one company charged me an overdraft fee but this one did.

Whats is even worst is that I am US Army veteran so they stated the I will be discounted however accordling to my bank , it NEVER happen. At one point the charged my 185.98 cent when in fact my bill was 179.00 per month. Could you believe that any company could to this to a US Army veteran ?

I even had people lie to me about doing a credit check that I needed done. This person was untruthful not just one time but three times. I firlmy believe that the other poster might have experince the same thing I do with this company. And on many other site the compliants are very similar to each other. What are the chances of that happpening if people are not experinces the same thing.

Now the Big Boss will get on here , like he did with the other post and deflect from taking any responisabity of his company action. Please investigate other site and comaplints before doing anything " buyer beware "

Simply Not True... An Unfortunate Misunderstanding

AUTHOR: Premier Credit - ()

POSTED: Monday, August 25, 2014

Upon receiving notice via email of our first "Ripoff Reporting", I slowly made my way to the site to review the posting. After reading the frustrations of our client (several times), I began to inquire of our management team concerning the validity of the statements. My purpose being to acquire all the detail of their casework and then reach out.

Before providing the detail of my conversation with the client, let me just say that sites, such as, Ripoff Report, could and should manage the process of "venting" in a much more responsible manner. Obviously, where mistakes are made and people are wronged we're always going to seek accountability; unfortunately, we're turning to some pathetic review site that clearly needs an overhaul on professionalism. Regardless, back to what matters... the actual complaint.

After listening to the client for about 15 minutes, which consisted more of them apologizing for the irrelevant posting, the client emphasized their desire to move forward and remain in the services of Premier Credit Consulting. Obviously, we're not perfect. We work very hard every single day to overcome our mistakes and deliver the absolute best in customer service to our clients. In this particular situation, a simple misunderstanding compounded with the stress of daily life mixed for an unjustified and irrelevant posting to this site.

Interestingly, the client attempted to contact Ripoff Report and request that their post be removed. According to them, Ripoff Report will not allow it. No surprise. Classy organization.

PS: Our client will be updating their post here shortly.
