The salesmen (Joe & JB) came to our house & convinced us to let them in and just listen. They said they only had 20 minutes untill their next visit. I said I wasn't interested in buying anything because I am pregnant and lost my job. JB went back outside and Joe continued to made small talk. Asking my sons names and warming up to us.

Joe told us that he would give us the boxes of steak for $399 and throw in the boxes of seafood for free. It ended up being 11 boxes of food total. He said that there was 7 months of food there. I asked how much it ended up being a pound because I know what I spend for steak at the store. He asked for a calculator and showed it to me and said it would come to $2.97lb.

7 months of food at just $2.97 a pound, all for $399. We were convinced and wrote him a check. Joe offered to bring it out to the freezer but we said we could do it. It seemed a little light so I checked what it said on the boxes. All together it was only 29.5 pounds of food. That came out to be $13.52 a pound. I called the number on the paper he gave us. We were hoping to get our money back in exchange for the food we had not touched. I left many messages and they never called back! I called for a week and finally someone answered and said they would have the boss call me. No one ever did.
