Premier Timeshare Solutions charged $2086 marketing fee in May 2009. Andrew Reid advised not to use credit card, but to allow ACH withdrawl from bank account. A buyer for the property was already in hand and closing would be in about 6 weeks. After not having any further calls from PTS, many attempts were made to contact them but with no success. After 120 days from contract date a certified letter was sent asking for return of funds since there was no sale and there had been NO contact of a potential buyer. I was advised that the contractual statement "if it takes longer than 120 days(to sell unit) the marketing fee will be refunded in full upon closing" that "closing" was of the 120 day period. PTS now say "closing" referred to the sale of the property.

If there is no communication and apparently no marketing effort, THERE CANNOT BE A SALE!! Concurrent with my certified letter of Oct.1, I was contacted by COASTAL Premier Timeshare Solutions. After requiring another marketing fee and after seeing the contract, it was obvious that this was the SAME company with a different name. Ryan Kelly was the "financial manager" that represented COASTAL and when I contacted him(before his telephone was discontinued) he advised that the 2 companies used the same attornies and financial organization together. A Steve Gerrad? contacted me and said that PTS bought COASTAL PTS and refunded COASTAL's marketing fee. I sent 3 faxes requesting the $2086 since there has been no marketing effort to sell the timeshare unit,and there has been no response - telephone calls go unanswered with no chance of leaving a message!!
