I have a friend in facebook and she works in cancun as tour guide, I thought she will just be friend me, but later she try to call me. one time she told me that I should take a vacation to their place to see her, so she transferred me to their manager Ms. Andrea Savanna Ramirez who said will help me to get a good deal in going vacation to cancun mexico. Then they try to get my credit informations and they said its only for information purposes and to prove that i have a real creadit card. Then boom i checked my credit account and they charged me the whole amount. its 853 cad dollars. Andrea Savannah Ramirez the manager of the said agency said that there was a miscommunication about their officers that confirms my credit account and her that is why this transaction happened. I knew out there that they are ripping me off. but because the one who refer me with this andrea savannah ramirez is my friend i kinda hold back until 3 days later they charged me again another 200 bucks without any authorization i have given them. this manager andrea savanna ramirez said that her associate mistakenly charged me with a second package. wow what a ripped off. This company cancuneasyvacation is a complete fraud and stealers. Give back my money! i will file a dispute in my bank if you guys dont bring my money back.

 This is what happend to me also. Exactly what the other person said. I bought one package from her (Andrea Ramirez) $800 CAD and she asked me for referrals. Which i gave her names and phone numbers. I had told my friends about it and they were interested. Suddenly i got charges $265 CAD. Without my consent. I called them up and said they had a mix up and they had to reserve the referral vacation under my credit card. And then she Said that i needed to agree to their terms so i could get my money back. In the end. Say yes to the agreement that they said to yes to all the things they asked you. I ended up being shafted in the end. I lost $265 CAD. They Contacted me thru FACEBOOK and made promises that my money would be refunded. Ms.Andrea Ramirez even told me to cancel my Credit card because she said that she saw my credit card flying in the internet. I just don't get it. I went thru all the process and contacting premier cancun vacation with no luck. They didn't want to help me. And i got a call on Aug 27 from Andrea Ramirez saying that i had said that she guided me to saying yes in the voice recording to what to say in our conversation. So she tried to convince me to cover her Butt in other recording with another agent asking me if the Rep guided me to what to say. I told the agent to ask me specific questions so i can answer the question properly. Then i kept telling the agent don't ask me questions that a vague. Then Click. He hang up. Since then Ms.Andrea Ramirez has Unfriended/Blocked me from FACEBOOK. She has another colleague that has in Contact with me that also works in Premier Cancun Vacation. Ms. Ashley Colleen Madrigal.  I have kept all my conversation with them in Facebook with numerous attempt to return/Refund my money with no luck. Nothing. Please feel free to call me . All i want is my money back. Thanks

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  On behalf of Premier Cancun Vacations, please accept our apologies for the actions taken by the staff of Cancun Easy Vacations.  It is feedback such as yours that helps us to keep track of the manner in which companies sell our travel products and allow us to take action against the companies responsible.  We believe that we have located your vacation packages in our system and would like to immediately process a full refund to you.  To verify that we have located the correct records, please provide us with your booking numbers, name and/or another other information that will assist us with making a final determination as to your exact packages in our system.  Once this information has been provided, we will immediately issue a full refund of all monies charged by Cancun Easy Vacations.  

In addition, please be aware that Premier Cancun Vacations does not permit sales solicitations for our travel products via social media.  As such, any efforts made by individuals to contact you through facebook should be ignored and or reported to our customer service department at 1-866-859-2986.
