I was sold a package for cancun/orlando/costa rica in April. I booked the package and started to research the resort and every detail about the resort was falsified by JP Batka. I called customer service to cancel the booking and request a refund and was told that everything was sold non-refundable and it was my fault for accepting the terms and conditions when I made the purchase.

False Alarm

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 23, 2016

Apparently I had bought my package from a third party seller that gave me false information. After talking to a manager of customer service from premiere, I was offered accomodations that were what I had originally been sold from the third party seller but since I had already made alternative arrangements, I opted for a refund and was granted an exception. I have received this money back on my credit card and I'm satisfied with the company now.
