premiere cancun vacations Bank is C C vacations Benito Juarez package does not match phone offer. "low season" offerred any time except Dec. to April on phone but mailed literature says no june and is broken down into days of certain months.which in the literature is specified you can come in June. They say can't come June due to mexican holidays. the off season months are specified uring the mon internet

Literature via mail is different from phone offer.  On phone was told to pay extra to come during "high season" which they said was Dec. To April. Mailed literature has certain days of "off season" you can come.  Mailed literature states you can come in June.  Customer service says that you can't come during June due to the Mexican Holidays.  As it stands, we want to get a refund and forget about the whole high pressure scheme.  Customer service says I agreed to non-refundable during the sale: they would not let me hold the phone to discuss this with my husband.  Was told I couldn't hang up and check them out online.  It was "if you hang up, you will not receive this offer again".  we are left with no time to come without our child missing many days of school.  Plus we are so angry, we wouldn't want to go now anyway, especially after reading others' complaints about rude service and lies about airline prices.

Thank you for contacting us regarding your concerns with the vacation package.  Your feedback allowed us to make changes to our written materials and literature so that the confusion you experienced does not occur with our future clients.  The literature you received stated that you were free to travel at anytime, however, if you chose to travel during "low season" you would receive a bonus night of accommodations, free of charge. Unfortunately, this information was not clear to you and you thought that you were only able to travel during low season.  That, however, is not the case.   All of our vacation packages are sold with the understanding that you are free to travel at anytime, however, all reservations are subject to availability.  It is possible that the exact dates that you were reqesting in June had no availability, as this is a highly traveled month by families such as yours with children having school breaks.  

After this information was clarified, you still were desirous of a refund of the vacation package.  Since we, as a company, do not wish to have unhappy travelers, at your request, we have canceled your vacation package and have issued a full refund.

We hope that you will consider traveling with us at some point in the future, as we assure you that you and your family would have received exactly the vacation you purchased and would have had an amazing time with us here in Cancun.
