Premium Neutracuticals AKA Vydox uses a full color celebrity endorsed unsolisited spam email to promote its supposed ED enhancement produt vydox. The add states 30 day risk free trail bottle. justy pay 4.95 s&h. so I figure what the hell for 4.95 might as well give it a try. the 4.95 charge hits my cc acccount before I get off the computer. I receive the trial offer in about 10 days. 4 days later i get an 89.99 chaqrge on my cc account. i call customes assistance number. no anser, just a fax tone on several occaisons. i finally just email the comapany. i get a csr rep , who expplins to me that the terms of the order are after 15 days if you dont cancel , it auto bills you for the 30 day trial. it also auto enrolls you for continuous 30 day auto renewal refills . im irrate . i said it says nothing about that on the big full color add about such BS terms. he said go back look at that big full color add. See that tiny white box at the bottom of the add that says terms on it? click on it and it takes you to a second page with about 100 lines of tiny disclaimer terms and conditions.

I was irrate and demanded a full refund. he said since I did not cancel before the 15 days no refubd was possible. He did say he would cancel the auto refills so I would not get charged for any subsequent monthly orders. I filed a dispute with citibank , my cc bank and after 60 days of runaround with  them , citibank said bascially even though it may have been a deceptive trade practice , with all the legal mumbo jumbo to back their claim , there was nothing they could do and i would have to resolve it with the merchant. if you go on any number of internet sites and google vydox claims, many consumers have been duped by this deceptive trade prectice. they get around the borderline illegality of their deceptive online sales method by not publishing the terms and conditions of such sales aggreements anywhere on the front of the big full color add. and deptively hiding it on a second page that you have to click on a tiny terms link at the bottom of the big full color add to gp to. if they did business in an upfront and non deceptive way , by publicshing the terms up front on the add , they would never sell an once of product. many hundreds of unsuspecting consumers have been duped by this IMHO shady business method. even the Geogia BBB has cautioned them several times as to the deceptive nature of their online sales promotions.

Its not the money, its the principal of the thing with me now. companies that operate with impunity on the internet need to be dealt with harshly. it is equvalent to legalized stealing. i have contacted the GA AG office and the US AG internet fraud division. by the tiniest of margins they use this sneaky and unscrupulous method method to ripoff unsuspecting consumers. i gurantee you the majority of their income for this particular product is made off off the deceptive ripoff of unsuspecting first time consumers. i wish the state or federal govt would put them out of business or mandate they operate in an ethical businesws mannner , by printing the terms of these scammy type of sales reqirements upfront in big letter on that fancy, full color add, instead of sneaking it in ona secondary page you have to hunt for to find. or a big attorney would file a class action lawsuit against them for deceptive trade practices and force them into bankruptcy.
