Joe Testino who owns or is a principle in Premium Nutraceuticals in Martinez Georgia is a convicted felon with a criminal history of Deposit account fraud among other charges. Premium Nutraceuticals markets a product called Vydox for erectile dysfunction. Joe Testino has a history of taking advantage of senior citizens who are seeking out treatment for erectile dysfunction or impotence. In an affidavit filed by a special agent with the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Joe Testino has been charged with the following:
False Statements relating to Health Care Matters
False Claims
Health Care Fraud
Medicare/Medicaid Fraud.
According to Special Agent David Joseph Graupner Joseph Testino has previously been engaged in a scheme to defraud the Medicare Program by providing false information to support his billing of medical equipment. The allegation is that Joe Testino illegally billed Medicare for at least $ 2,920,981.00.
It appears that the address has changed from 4806 Technology Drive to 4816 Technology Drive and the product has changed from medical equipment to supplements and the company has changed names from Stamen Medical Systems to Premium Nutraceuticals. The people being targeted by Joe Testino appear to be the same, senior citizens. Does he believe they are easy to take advantage of?

My father of 65 years old got involved purchasing these male enhancement supplements . He has been charged for several months . When i call to request a refund. These crooks claim that all the fine print was fully disclosed and that we agreed to a no refunds policy. When i called back with my credit card company on three way. They dropped all their no refund policy nonsense and gave me back 2 months to avoid dispute with capital one. All these supplement websites are all scams. How can a bottle of pills be 99.96 and 98.96. Beware !!

Once again big pharma and greedy cosmetic doctors that over charge went on a PR assault against this credible company. I purchased from premium pharmaceuticas 3 times, and each time I recieved authentic products that achieved stated results every time. Since product result last me a year I brought from them once a year. Now their website is down and there are all these false smear campaigns against them. Pharma gets mad when you can pay 200 usd for something instead of 800 usd. These claims are false and I want PP back!
