I wish I had looked up this site before falling for this Gimmick. I had the same experience with these people like hundreds of others. What I strongly suggest is for all of us that have been ripped of by this company, to stick together and hire a common lawyer and sue this company for falsification, misrepresentation and fraud. I am sure you have the email adresses of all the people who have contacted you regarding this. Please see if in someway possible, we can shut them down.

This company is a complete fraud!! They promise people with bad or no credit a credit card for a fee of $300. DON'T FALL FOR THIS!! They won't send you a credit card. Well, what do you receive for your $300? You get a box. A box filled with cell phone advertisements, phone card advertisements an application to apply for a DEBIT, application for a loan, and a coupon book...
I was contacted by phone by this company and was offered an unsecured credit card with $2500 spending limit and a $500 a day withdrawal limit. When I asked how they had gotten my number they told me I had recently been unapproved for credit. I was told that they were a second chance credit firm for people with poor or little credit to build up their credit and that I was already approved. All I had to do was pay a fee of $299.50. I asked what the fee was for and was told that since I had bad credit, they were going to be my cosigner with different banks and weret aking the risk in issuing me a credit card and the fee was to cover all the cahrges and annual fee. Although 300 dollars was too much for me I agreed to it and was told I would receive my credit card in about 10 days.
After I agreed to receive a credit card, I was sent to a third party to verify my information. This part of the conversation and only this part of the conversation was recorded. So basically the only thing on tape is me saying yes to questions pertaining to my identity and bank information.
A few weeks passed and in the mail instead of a credit card I received the box I mentioned earlier. In the box along with all the junk advertising was a letter from Premium Savings Group stating and I'll quote:
Provided this is not exactly what was explained to you while placing your order, you may cancel within a ten (10) business day period. The entire payment made by you, less the non-refundable shipping & handling charges of $29.99 will be returned after receipt by Premium Savings Group of your returned package.
I called the phone number at the bottom of the letter and told them that I was promised a credit card and that all I received was an application for a debit card and because this is not what was explained to me while placing my order, I wanted to cancel. I was told that they had to put in a request for a refund and to call back in 5 days.
I was then asked if I had received a manila envelope. I told them I had. I explained to the customer service rep about the contents of the envelope ; some thing about premium savings group and 2 credit card application. I did take his name down although I donot wish to mention it here. I will mention hisname later if the need arises.
I told him that I would like to return all the material back and that I did not pay 300 dollars for some coupons. I also told him that I had been trying for a 3 weeks to get thru to someone and was surprised that he came to the phone. He responded to this by saying that they were having some problems with the phone. He said that he would put in for refund request and to call back in 5 business days. This did reassure me a little until I logged on to this website.
When I call them in 5 days I know they are going to say that my request for a refund had been denied. And if they listened to the recording I had made with the third party verifier and there was no proof that any kind of promises of sending a credit card was made to me. And it happens to be very convenient that they don't have any recording of the sales rep lying to me; they don't record that part of the conversation!! All they are going to say is that, they had no proof I was lied to so I'm not getting a refund. But i am going to try anyway. I have left some messages on their voice mail. I will email you depending on the results.
Please dont waste your money!! This company is nothing but a scam. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before this company is put out of business by the Government. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!
