If anyone is being sued by Pressler and Pressler or any of the phony companies they own like Palisades Collections, New Century Financial Services, Inc. etc. Please Listen. The State of NJ has finally listened
to all the complaints that were sent to the Attorney General, the Governor and The Courts. I am going to paste some new rules effective September 4, 2012 that are from the NJ court online site that will put a
stop to Pressler and Pressler's corruption if you follow them. Here is just an example of some changes to the Rules of the Special Civil Part Law Division: So if you look at it (b) & (c) are now required by Pressler and Pressler when they file a case against anyone. Before they were making up the rules themselves. There are many more new changes so go to the NJ courts and look under Rules of the Special CivilLaw Division; then see what else was changed effective September 2012. Remember even if they say they bought it or it was assigned it means the same thing and they have to have the complete chain of ownership from the original creditor to the current one and they can't provide that. Never admit to owing any money. If you do they use it against you. Even if you didn't ask for proof within 30 days of notice of them suing you. The Federal Debt Collections Practices act says it doesn't have to be in writing. Also contact the Attorney General of NJ and complain if you haven't already.

6:3-2. Endorsement of Papers: Complaint; Summons

(a) Classification of Pleading. For classification by the clerk, the captionof the summons and complaint shall state the nature of the action (e.g., "contract", "tort", "replevin", "disorderly tenant", "non-payment
of rent", "holdover tenant", etc.). The clerk shall endorse upon each summons the sum demanded in the complaint, with costs.

 (b) Caption in Actions on Assigned Claims. The caption in any action to collect an assigned claim shall name both the original creditor and the current assignee. The caption shall also include the name of the vendor, if and, that appears on any credit card that may be involved in the action.

 (c) Pleading Requirements in Actions on Assigned Claims. The complaint in actions to collect assigned claims shall set forth with specificity the name of the original creditor, the last four digits of the original account number of the debt, the last four digits of the defendant-debtor's Social Security Number (if known), the current owner of the debt, and the full chain of the assignment of the claim, if the action is not filed by the original creditor.
