Pressler & Pressler Files Levy w/o Proper Contact even though they have contact info. Parsippany New Jersey

I've been dealing with Pressler and Pressler for over 2 years now.  I've paid one debt off with them back in July and now half-way through my second debt they're collecting on.  This is the second debt that I was never contacted about in order to make arrangements. The first debt they sent the court papers to an andress I didn't live at in years even though my credit report was updated.  This time (the 3rd debt) they have all contact info considering they just sent me a letter a week ago and instead of going through normal protocol they go into my back account and withdraw all my money and my rent money was in there.  It's not that I'm not willing to pay my old debt but I think there should be some level of understanding and consideration on their part.  It's one thing to have a job that they do and to collect money but when a person lives paycheck to paycheck and they take everything that just puts the person more in a bind.
