Presta Funding aka Kyzer Funding's President Shawn Kinny is NOT an honest business man. He is a liar and cheat! Simple as that!
As a Broker for this company, I supply clients seeking unsecured credit. In exchange, a commission is due and charged to the client. This is fully disclosed to the client upfront. So when the client receives their funding, they have 24-48 hours to pay the fee. They gladly pay the fee to Presta Funding aka Kyzer Funding because they have received funds in excess of $50,000+ so they are very pleased. This last client received $73k in April/May of 2015.
On May 12th I followed up with Shawn via email again on May 18th, 2015. Everytime I thought about it, which was once or twice a week I called Liar Shawn and he would promise to do something. I repeatedly explained to him that I had a project that I really needed that commission money for. He played sympathetic, but didn't do any thing until August when he sent me $450 out of the $3000 that he owned me.
His explanation for not sending the entire balance owed was elaborate. Something about changing vendors and ALL his money being tied up.
Again, repeatedly I would call and text. He would lie and say he was calling back, but never did. I would make 3 calls and then maybe finally he would call once and lie and say he'd call in 15 minutes. This would never happen.
Well today is October 5, 2015 and again I called his cell and office. Even the operator didn't answer the phone.
VERY LONG STORY MADE SHORT. STAY FARRR AWAY FROM SHAWY LIAR KINNY AND Presta Funding or Kyzer Funding or what ever store front he is associated with!

Yes, Deborah was a broker that supplied clients to us for funding & we were very successful with her clients.
Her client received $83,000 in funding, not $73,000. The amount due to Deborah was $2,866 after fees. We received a message from the merchant that they required a communication thread, due to an unsuccessful attempt to reach the client for verification. They were calling to verify our $9,877 charge to their card, but got no response. Our mistake was that we only had communication with the spouse, which was not accepted by the merchant. Deborah didn't supply us with her communication from the client, therefore it was placed on hold. I explained that we had to setup a new merchant to handle liquidations, not vendors.
After several weeks went by Deborah decided to use the funds owed to her for her loan fees. The part that she has failed to mention is that we were working on disputes and updates on her personal credit, so that she could qualify for a loan & save her property from a mortgage issue. We quickly agreed and submitted her to a few lenders. After a few declines we finally had an approval in place & things were looking good. Once the lender requested income verification, it didn't match what was stated by Deborah, so it was turned down.
Deborah became very upset with us immediatley after we had spent resources submitting applications & constantly reveiwing the credit reports. I'm not for certain what happened to her mortgage situation, because we attempted to reach out & have not gotten a response.
Deborah, please reach out to me so we can settle your issue. I received an email from you on Jan 5th 2016, but it was just a credit scores for a client.
As any client will see reading her message: We obtain funding for clients, but sometimes things happen with brokers & lenders that are out of our control. Every matter can be handled with proper communication. We failed to communicate with Deborah & we lost a good broker.
Sincerely,
The Kyzer Team
