Owner Josh Weinstein seams like a nice guy with all of his charm and passion. But do not be fulled. If you perform any kind of service for him or any of his businesses, he will eventually stop paying you. I am a local graphic artist in phoenix. Josh had me make comp card for all of the models in his agency. That included raking through hundreds of pictures, picking the best, doing all of th editing, and puting together all of the desiged cards. I performed almost fourty hour of work for him. He took my work and printed it. But when I tried to call him the next day to collect payment, well he would not answer my calls. Do not trust this guy if you ever meet him. He is a scam artist.
