priceline .com PRICELINE ISSUED A CREDIT THEN REFUSED TO HONOR. Internet

I PURCHASED A TICKETT FROM PRICELINE.COM FOR MY FATHER IN LAW TO FLY FROM OHIO TO GA . HE ENDED UP DIAGNOSED WITH LUNG CANCER AND  HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY.  WELL I NOTIFIED AIRTRAN OF THIS AND THEY CANCELLED THE FLIGHT SAYING THEY HAD A 75.00 CANCELLATION FEE. OK. I THEN CALLED PRICELINE AND EXPLAINED TO THEM THE CIRCUMSTANCES .   BEING FULLY AWARE OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. THE MAN  at priceline offered me a credit of 100.00 saying i could use it for any future flights and sent a confirmation email stateing such so 217.00 for the original. 75.00 airtran cancell fee.35.00 priceline fees the difference was issued as credit.

well my father in law is getting worse so i offered to go  to ohio to care for him . contactednpriceline.com only to be told my father in law could only fly useing the credit. i stated in original request he was not allowed to fly because of the lung cancer . now i paid for the tickett, my credit card, my email address ,everything except the passengers name is mine ,they refused to honor their original agreement .i would not ever . ever again reccommend priceline.com to anyone. they are the worst company ever. two faced liars,
