prime inc is racist they refuse to hire blacks for a in house position.
they will do all they can to keep a black person for getting an in house position
walk in to prime all you see is white,prime has approx.1,200 employees working in the building, 95% are white you can count how man blacks work there,(8-10) blacks thats a shame. moral of my story i applied for a position thoughts things was going well got an interview, during the interview they had my app. they stated since i had a felony record they couldnt hire me, for in house position but i can be hired as a driver what the (f***) im good to be a driver but not in house.wow bs right. the position i was applying for i was qualified for
ok well then we get passed that part.
so let me tell you happens what next this will mess you upi sent a friend to fill out an app. he filled it out he was a black guy he went through an interview was offered a position he wanted the position the next day he thought he was going to
start they asked him a question didnt ask him in the interview they waited to ask do you smoke he said yes heres the bombshell they said we cant hire you because you smoke aint that a some sh** well ikn a nutshell if you are black you can drive a truck but if you are black you will not be able to work in house believe it.

Is Prime racist...hmmm I don't know, however that fact that you made it to the interview process is simply amazing to me. First off you do not use proper capitalization, punctuation, sentence structure and do not even get me started on the statement "I applied for a position thoughts things was going well...". All this points towards ignorance, no this is not a racist statement as I know plenty of ignorant white people. Maybe, just maybe, you should take a good hard look at yourself and then ask yourself "is there any other reason why I may not have been hired for this position?". Maybe because I am ignorant, cannot write a simple paragraph at even a 4th grade English level, and I am a convicted felon on top of it. I wouldn't hire anone that communicates as poorly as you, hell I would look like a moron for hiring you. I can see it now "hey did you hire the guy that says things like: so let me tell you happens what next...and....I was qualified for ok? Wow good pick!!!! That shouldn't make this company look like we are a bunch of morons at all". Maybe you are right, maybe Prime is racist, maybe they are not. However clearly in your case, maybe you should have concentrated on your education instead of committing felonies so that you don't come across as an ignorant moron. Perhaps you would have had a better chance at landing the job.

Dude your a felon, duh. I drive for Prime, my D.S is a black man, whats up with that? He was a driver 1st then DS. oppps he aint a felon. We are color blind here at Prime. Not big on felons, they aint good for business,,,customers don't want criminals on their properties. Cant blame Prime for your wrong doings
