Prime Tv ripoff in more ways than one Southern Pines North Carolina

This company needs to be stopped! I have had this direct tv for one month. First of all they tell you it's $99 and then you get that back. Well, mine cost me $210.00. The installer came out, he was an hour late. He then goes and drills two hole in my house, that dosen't work, so then he drills two more holes in my porch, that dosen't work, where does it say in the contract they have the right to drill where ever they want?? So I have this darn thing out in my backyard on my chain link fence. I have white wires running up my yard. They do not care where the put this thing. I had to pay the installer an extra $60.00 for a very short pole. I had perfect tv for one day! Ever since then I can't get any stations. Oh excuse me, I got channel 2.

The stations freeze up they screech you see double. All weekend long we had no tv. Absolutely nothing. These people were supposed to send someone out that saturday and the guy never showed up. I have called numerous times telling them to take this thing out of here. The guy by the name of Greg told me there will be consiquences! I said oh really, I have had no tv and your telling me I will have to pay $150 for removing this service. Greg said, look I can get someone out first thing in the morning I said this will be the last straw. I get a call later that evening saying they can't send anyone until Friday.

So I am supposed to go another whole week without TV!!!!
I say the heck with them! The Customer service is terrible!!!

I would like to file a lawsuit against these idiots! I have holes in my house and on my porch and I have no tv.
They have done absolutely NOTHING TO HELP ME!!!

People DO NOT GET DIRECT TV

p.s. I called my local cable company they will be out this morning to hook me back up. Free of charge!! TV at last
