primecast Sent me to collections over money I didn't owe Pompano, Florida

 Primecast is the biggest rip off. To start off without notice they took money out of my account twice and left me with no money till next payday and their excuse was that they wanted everyone's bill to be a month ahead. Next once again without notice the changed the due date and overdrafted my checking account. Since I was moving I went ahead and cancelled my service and the Primecast representative said since i was a month in advance I was paid in full!

 I sent all equipment back to dirct tv and got a letter saying I was at a $0 balance. My service was done with them 03/20/2012 then in april I recieved a letter saying my bill was passed due so I tried to call them and it went to a recording saying I would have to email them or call direct tv so In did both, no response from email and direct tv told that alot of people were having this problem to not worry about.

 May I recieved another letter saying that my service that didn't exist was being dissconnected so I called direct tv again! They said they didn't know what was going on, but not to stress about that they were filing for bankruptcy to just disregaurd which I did until in june I recieved a letter from National Service Bureau telling me it was sent to collections. I called the collections agencey I was treated like total dirt. I couldn't even talk with the gentleman talking over me and to top it off he raised his voice at me when I told him it wasn't fair that I was stuck in this bind because Primecast filed bankruptcy and he told me i didn't know what i was talking about and it was because of people like me who doesn't know how to pay my bills. If i owed the money it wouldn't be so bad, but i dont owe the money. I was told I could mail a letter with proof of paying my bill and they may or may not drop it.
