The subject of this report has been a victim of some vicious gossips: stories that have been fabricated and slanderous lies perpetuated against good men. The person who assumed the name of a good man to slander another good man is beneath contempt and shames themselves many times more than any lies they propagate upon others. Extortion is a crime and may the reprobate who authored this vile slander be discovered and prosecuted. I post a rebuttal to this slander to provide Truth and to clear the good name of the slandered. Reader, the slandered is a great man and is a Light in this world. With regards to this posting on ripoffreport, the author had ilegally assumed the name of Juan Rivera, owner of Capella Cabo Resort in Cabo San Lucas, to write it and post.  Below are email conversations between the subject and the owner of the resort related to this posting.  Juan maintains that he is not the author of this posting.  Anyone who doubts the authenticity of this rebuttal or wants to find further details about the arrangement alleged in the posting can certainly contact Juan at the resort directly.

Dear Juan,

I hope all is well with you and your family.  It has been brought to my attention that you have lodged a complaint on some website related to my family's vacation at Capella a couple of years ago.  I believe you have wrongly recollected the facts and therefore have mistakenly conveyed your indignation.  The fact is that your company had donated a vacation package to a non-profit function in Houston to be sold at a live auction.  I bought the package, knowing how wonderful it would be to return to Capella.

It was never an exchange for you to come to the Beau Rivage Palace.  For your generosity with regards to the donation, I remember treating you and your wife to a dinner at the former Versace Mansion in Miami.  In any case, I was very surprised that, if you had thought my stay at Capella was an exchange for your stay at Beau Rivage Palace, you didn't contact me to make arrangements. You have all my contact information.

Moreover, you know nothing about my family.  Whatever reason you are upset with me, it is not fair for you to make character judgments of the other members of my family.  If you are a decent man, I urge you to remove your complaint from the internet.  I have been and will continue to recommend Capella Cabo to those who I feel will enjoy the resort.

Thank you for your note. I hope you and your family are also well.  I'm sorry I have no idea what you are talking about.

I assure you I would never post anything on the Internet about anyone's family and especially not about a guest. You were and have been most gracious and if I had any issues (which I don't) I'd certainly have spoken to you.

Can you please send me the website you are talking about so I can get to the bottom of it please?

Thank you for your reply.  I was quite astonished when I was told the article below was submitted by you, because it was written with a rather low order of intelligence.  I am glad to know now that you did not do it.

I have been a victim of some trivial gossips recently initiated by jealousy and other nonsense, and while it is not convenient nor worth my while challenging them, I thought I would reach out to you out of respect.

Please see what you can do in finding out who had used your name to write the article and how it can be removed.

It seems the site is an excuse to extort money as they will only allow you to eliminate the gossip by paying. As I did not write this I may be limited to what I can do to have it removed. Nonetheless I will try.

It would be great of you can reach out to them also and/or try to have your lawyer contact them for defamation.

Are you saying that you provided them $50,000.00 worth of services free just on their word without checking them out at all until after their stay?  really?

My name is Juan Rivera and i own Capella Resort in Cabo San Lucas ( 5
star resort ) Mexico.

Had a guest stay here with a member and presented himself as the Prince of Vietnam,  Grand son and heir to the thrown of King Bao Dai and was interested in buying one of my condos at my resort.  He also told me he owned the Beau Rivage Palace Hotel in Switzerland .   So we discuss exchanging value to bring my family to his resort and exhcange he would bring his family here to Capella.  I agreed and he brought his entire family ,  Vince Casimir, Bob Casimir M.D. his wife also,  Reno Casimir and his mother and father.  The package was all inclusive and amounted to around $50k  U.S. dollars.  We went and tried to go to Switzerland last month and come to find our this Guy Toan Nguyen from Houston, Tx and his entire family are nothing but Liars and Scammers that need to be tried in a Mexican court.   They do not own Beau Rivage Palace and a member here i called told me he found out there whole family are not related to King Bao Dai , but are scammers from Houston, Tx.  I want to world to know not to trust this family of fake prince.  They are liars and caused my family distress and our trip to Switzerland had to be canceled.  These people are the worst human being in the world !
