The guys and company, Pro Tow, are scums, thieves and liars! They towed my car while I was shopping just because it had a For Sale sign on it. The property management company did not call, but rather Pro Tow does 'predatory' towing looking for cars at the property. I am sure the JP and property management company gets kick-backs for all of this illegal towing. Cost me $293 to get my car back....if you have similar issues with Pro Tow, check out the website: texastowingcompliance.com/index.html for helpful hints to file complaints with the towing company and/or the property management. I am doing this!
