A lady name Peggy and Chelsy Coley offer me (over the phone) a 3 day 2 night stay at Christamas Mountain Village at Wisconsin Dells at one of there two bedroom condos for a flat fee of $129.00 she said not a penny more because they would pick up the rest of the tab for tax,ext I had to reschedule because they where not making the reservations with Christmas Mountain. August 17, 2012 we get to Wisconsin dells and there was no such reservation ever made I call Protravel Connections to try to talk to Peggy or Chelsey Coley and they tell me theres no way to locate them and there is just nothing they can do for us, Bluegreen Consumers welcome center got us a room at Chula Vista which I was told at that time that I had to pay at that moment $93 dollars for the state tax and hotel fee's and We still had to attend the 2 hour timeshare presentation otherwise we would had lost my money. Peggy had also told me that we would be getting a $1oo dining gift card for when we got there well that was misleading to because you have to register that card online and none of the restaurants are is Wisconsin dells.  now at this point the kids and us are very upset with no spending money for all there false offers. Protravel connections should be out of business for scamming people and blugreen should not be making business with them. I want my money for all the inconvnience they cause me and my family when we where suppose to be having a great time on vacations.
