My whole situation with Pro Works Collision Center in Manchester NH & Goffstown NH started in February of 2009. My car was hit on the passenger side pretty well. A few years prior to this accident, I brought my car there for a paint job. The paint job was done in a fair amount of time. The quality wasnt the best, but the price was ok. So I decided to bring my vehicle there again.

Visually there were some panels that needed to be replaced, as well as a new paint job. The Passenger front door would not open and close correctly either. The emergency light was on displaying that the door was not shut securely.

I brought my car down to Pro works three days later expecting it to be a week or twos worth of work for them. They were eager to take the job and said it would be a couple weeks at the most. In the mean time I had a rental that was provided free by my insurance company.

I also brought in a spoiler that came off of the same model car and asked if they could paint it and install it. And I would pay the difference. They said they would paint it for free and just add it to the bill. Im not complaining if I dont have to pay for it. So I gladly dropped it off.

Two weeks later I gave Pro Works a call asking how the car is coming. They said they have everything put together and it should be done by the end of the week and to call them then. I agreed and wait a couple more days.

This scenario happened at least another 4 times. The excuses were very low for a person to use. He told my Girlfriend and myself twice that his son fell off of his Bicycle and had to go to the hospital, so thats why he wasnt at the collision center to meet us and accept the car. These were all on three different attempts that we tried to pick up the car when we made arrangements to meet. If a parent can lie to his customers about his own son, than hes a low life scum bag crooked owner.

During the last few attempts to pick up the car, I asked about the spoiler if it was painted and what the status was on that. I was told that it was dripping wet and needed a couple more days to dry. A week later, he told my girlfriend the same thing.

Finally I receive a call from the Owner Mark Silvermail (AKA the Scumbag who uses his family members as scapegoats for his own issues). He tells me the cars ready and to have either myself or my girlfriend come get it. I told him my girlfriend would be down to get the car in a couple hours. I was currently still at work. An hour or so later I receive a call from my girlfriend saying that shes been banging on the door and it looks like no one is in the building. So I call Pro Works repeatedly thinking that he stood us up again. On the third call Mark answers and finally opens the door for my girlfriend and her daughter. And also our 3 month old baby. He gives her the keys and says its all set.

So she gets the kids ready in the car and as her daughter tries to shut the passenger front door, it bounces right back open. It didnt even securely click shut.

Over a month in a half later, the car is still in their collision center. I went to go get it and tell the owner Im bringing him to small claims court to pay for another collision center to fix their issues. Upon starting the car, she notices there are even more emergency lights that are on than before. The airbag, caution!, and door not secure light are all blinking. On top of that, the passenger seatbelt wasnt moving at all. The vehicle was COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND MARK SILVERMAIL KNEW IT. HE KNOWINGLY GAVE THE KEYS TO MY GIRLFRIEND WITH A NEWBORN BABY AND HER DAUGHTER AS PASSENGERS.

She brings the car to my work and tells me how he just gives her the keys and leaves as shes stuck with a completely unsafe vehicle for the kids. SO the next day I call with a list of all the issues that are wrong with the vehicle still. And that I have no time to waste anymore because after 30 days, I have to start paying $36/day for the rental. We made THREE different attempts to drop the car off and get the rest of the work done. The first two times I dropped it off, NOTHING HAPPENED THE WHOLE DAY! The third and final one, MARK SILVERMAIL STOOD ME UP! What a complete waste of time, money, and frustration on my whole family because this Scumbag businessman cant keep his word.

I had to bring my car to Henrys Collision in Manchester NH to have the rest of the problems fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. When I was there talking with an estimator, they mentioned that I was the second person that week that was coming from Pro Works frustrated about their poor quality of service and work.

The repairs the Proworks neglected to do cost over $800. This is on top of the extra rental fee I had to pay each day for 16 more days at $36/day. I filed a small claims lawsuit against Pro Works and Mark Silvermail in Late March. I havent heard anything back yet. And nothing from Mark Silvermail who repeatedly told me he would make it up to me. Hes full of **** and is a terrible businessman.

Its not even like my car is a difficult car to work with. It was a 2000 BLACK Saab 9-3. A VERY common vehicle for this area.

Upon more research, I have noticed that their better business bureau license was suspended in January of 2009 for failing to resolve other customer complaints. During the whole time from beginning to end of my experience, I noticed that they still had the BBB Accredited stickers and other information posted all over the waiting room and front door.
