Proactive Planning Solutions is a call scam company. They tell you that they will get your interest rates on your credit cards lowered to 6% or better & guarantee a savings of $2500.00. After they get you to let them charge your credit card $990.00 they Fed-Ex you a packet requesting your debt information. However, they neglect to ask your income information so that a proper debt to income ratio may be made. Then comes the call from Nigel, who seems like a nice enough guy. He tells you that he really can't help you & suggests that you try debt settlement & directs you to talk to Mike with ELH consulting who is attached to PPS. After Mike has all your info including personal info & bank account info he then tells you that the law firm is Bayview Law & they will be in contact with you ASAP. I imediately Googled Bayview Law & it came up as a scam. I went & changed all my bank info to protect myself from fraudulent withdrawls. Then I tried to recover my $990.00 from PPS under their guarantee of 6% or better interest reduction or $2500.00 savings. They are with out a doubt a scam company. They have saved me nothing only cost me more. They prey on people who have fallen on hard times & they make it worse. Stay away from this company, if Teme AZ come on your caller ID don't answer.
